Rare employee badge from the iconic Reading, PA Textile Machine Works company

This 1930’s employee badge features the B&W photo of a Black man with employee # 3401. The photo sits behind clear plastic and rests in a heavy metal frame with raised company name.

Badge was made by the Whitehead & Hoag Co from Newark, NJ. The leader in badges & pinbacks prior to WWII
