This is a brand-new part, not a rebuilt unit. Unlike rebuilt parts—where used cores are completely disassembled, cleaned, and worn or defective components replaced—this product is new, so there is no need to return your old core. You don’t have to worry about missing the core return deadline and being charged a core fee.
When the turbine fails, the following symptoms may occur:

Heavy white smoke and loss of power

Metallic noise similar to gear whine when pressing the accelerator

Engine does not rev when pressing the accelerator
The turbocharger for a kei car compresses air and sends it to the engine.
If white smoke or abnormal noise is present, replacement is required.
A degraded turbine may stop functioning at any time, so repair promptly.
Note: The following is not a turbocharger defect:

White smoke immediately after installation
During assembly, the turbocharger is coated with oil or rust-preventive lubricant.
Some white smoke may appear after installation, but this will stop once the turbo reaches operating temperature during driving and the oil burns off.
