1. Eligibility for Returns:

• For sealed VHS tapes: Returns are only accepted if the seal remains intact and the tape has not been opened or used.
• For unsealed VHS tapes: The tape must be returned in the same working condition as described in the listing.
3. Reasons for Returns:
• Defective or damaged items: If the VHS tape is defective or arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange by providing evidence (e.g., photos or videos) of the issue.
• Buyer?s remorse: Returns for reasons such as "changed mind" or "ordered by mistake" are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Return Process:
• Contact us through eBay messaging to initiate a return. Please provide details of the issue and any supporting evidence.
• Once the return is approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any initial shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error or damage.
6. Exceptions:
• Items damaged by the buyer or returned in a different condition than described are not eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a partial refund.
