Fitment
Please check fitment on your car before mounting tyres. Mounted wheels cannot be returned.
- Not sure about fitment? Send us a message with your car model, year and engine before buying — we will check it for you.
- The same notice is included in every wheel box. Please inform your tyre fitter.
Delivery
- Shipped from Lithuania (EU) by UPS, DHL or FedEx express courier.
- Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.
- Every parcel is tracked – the tracking number is added to your eBay order after dispatch.
- Please leave a mobile phone number with your order so the courier can contact you.
- UK buyers – import charges: your wheels are shipped from the EU, so UK import VAT and any customs duty are not included in the price. For orders over £135 they are paid by the buyer to the courier (UPS, DHL or FedEx) before delivery, usually together with a small customs clearance fee. For orders of £135 or less, eBay adds UK VAT at checkout.
- Other non-EU buyers: import taxes and fees are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer according to local rules.
Returns
- Please contact us through eBay messages before sending anything back – we will confirm the return and give you the return address.
- Check the parcel on delivery. Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.
- Wheels must be returned unused, without tyres fitted, with all parts and in the original packaging.
- We inspect returned wheels and issue the refund once the inspection is done.
- Return postage is paid by the buyer. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the buyer pays both the original and the return postage.
