Clocks winds up and keeps good time. Alarm works too and clock is in very good condition. No major damage. There are no legs on this clock nor ring on the top. There's not even a place for the stand to attach in the back which means it wasn't designed to be used as a desk clock I presume. 

Stands about 6" tall not counting the ring. It's 5" in diameter and 3" deep.
