It it always best to replace a relay with one with the exact same relay number and part number, so please ONLY purchase this item to replace a relay with the exact same relay number and part number as this one. It may also fit other VWs not listed above but again please do your own research BEFORE purchasing.

Items: All items are USED unless otherwise stated. All items were removed from UK RHD (Right Hand Drive) vehicles unless otherwise stated. Most items are 30+ years old and as such may have some minor cosmetic issues such as scratches/scrapes, or other issues such as defects/imperfections, all of which will be described in the section above. All items are checked, tested, and cleaned before being advertised, but in most cases any issues described above do not affect the function of the item, so the buyer can rest assured that they will receive an item which is functioning and usable unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing: The buyer MUST be absolutely sure that the item is correct for their needs (by checking the part numbers, photographs, and description in the Ebay listing) BEFORE purchasing as items purchased in error will NOT be refunded. If a buyer is at all unsure if an item is correct for their needs then they are welcome to contact me before purchasing and I will do my best to help them.

Payment: All items must be paid for via Ebay. Cash payment is acceptable only if the item is to be collected in person by the buyer (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY). Non-paying buyers will not be tolerated and an 'Unpaid Item' Ebay case will be automatically opened after 4 days, requesting the full amount.

Postage: I aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day (not including weekends), only after all payment has cleared. All postage options are for within the mainland UK only. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland destinations often incur a surcharge (payable by the buyer) so if the buyer lives in one of these areas then I ask that they please get in touch before purchasing so I can provide them with a postage quote. Small items (up to 100g / 2.5cm high) will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter. Medium items (up to 10KG / 120cm long) will be sent via Evri. Large items will be sent via ParcelForce, UPS, or a specialist independent courier. Medium and large items will be sent via a tracked service and will require a signature upon delivery. The basic 'Free Postage' option is an economy service, but express delivery options are available for additional cost to the buyer. Collection is also welcome (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) if the buyer lives locally or the item is too large to post.

International Postage: International buyers are welcome if the receiving country is eligible for the Ebay 'Global Shipping Program' (see the list of countries under the 'Postage' tab above). If a particular country is not in the list then postage is not available to that country via the Ebay 'GSP'. In some cases I may be willing to send items internationally outside of the Ebay 'GSP', but such cases will depend on the item being sent, the destination country, and the cost to the buyer.

Contact: If a buyer has any queries regarding an item that they're looking to purchase or have already purchased then they are welcome to send a message via Ebay's messaging system. This is the quickest and easiest method of contact, as I am not always available to answer calls or texts.

Returns: If the buyer is at all unhappy with an item then they have up to 14 days to cancel the purchase. The buyer must pay all return postage and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived.
