Installation Instructions

1. Surface Prep: Ensure the step is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. Repair any damage to the surface before fitting.
2. Dry Fit: Lay the nosing in place to check size and fit before fixing.
3. Cutting to Size: Use a jigsaw (tungsten carbide blade) or angle grinder (diamond-tipped disc). Always cut in a ventilated area and wear PPE.
4. Adhesive Fixing: Apply FlexyFix adhesive in a 6mm bead approx. 25mm from the edges and in a zigzag across the middle at 200mm spacing.
5. Screw Fixing (recommended for heavy use): Drill holes 70mm from the front edge, 60mm from the back, spaced every 600mm. Add sealant to holes for a watertight finish.
6. Secure & Cure: Press firmly into place and allow adhesive to cure fully before allowing foot traffic.

Ideal for stair safety upgrades in high-footfall areas. Built to last with excellent slip protection – indoors or out.
