Vintage Ceramic Clown Bell Handpainted Hobo Bell Retro Home Decor Excellent Condition with no noted flaws.  Measures 6 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" wide ar base. Unmarked and unsigned. Only identification is gold sticker inside that says "Made in China". Due to info from the estate, We believe this piece is mid to late 1980s.
