NEW Screen for Happy HCG embroidery head. I refurbished several HCG four head machines a few years ago for a business that I ultimately sold. The screens are near impossible to find but I found a batch of them and used them to refurbish quite a few machines. I started with a case and these are the only ones I have left. I sold the embroidery business so I no longer have a need for these.
This is for the display screen only, not the embroidery head. The head is shown so you can differentiate which screen as a cheaper screen about an inch high was used on some HCG models.
The installation is pretty easy. You take the back off of the embroidery head of a machine with the power unplugged, remove a few screws and two connectors, and install the new one. After, you'll need to recalibrate the machine, which seems to be the case with everything on the happy. I can point you to a guy who used to be a Happy tech if you'd like but you'll have to pay him for his time. If you have a technician coming out, this is ideal.
The last time I checked, Happy had these but they had to ship from Japan and they were $1200. I seriously doubt the price has dropped on them.
