Silvertone (Sears) 45 singles record case/holder circa 1965. The record case came with a Silvertone 1478 guitar as kit (we believe) when new. Unfortunately we split up the package many years ago. This was a nice accessory to the guitar for carrying around your 45 records. It shows its 60-ish years worth of wear. There must have been a sticker on the front at some point because the residue is still there. But, overall it's in good shape and will protect your 45s well. 8x8x7 inches approximate dimensions.
