- The small round opening of the filter should be facing UPWARDS.
- If you are experiencing difficulty in sucking water out of the straw, it may be due to an incorrect installation of the filter.
- Please refer to the icon on the filter cover for the correct orientation.
If you find it hard to suck the water out, please do the following troubleshooting:
- Check whether the new filter has been rinsed. If not, please rinse the filter before use.
- Check whether the filter is installed upside down. Please follow the instructions to reinstall the filter properly.
- Check whether there is too little water in the bottle. If yes, please add enough water.
- Check whether the straw is not installed properly or damaged. If yes, please reinstall the straw.
- If the mouthpiece is disassembled for rinsing and cleaning, check whether the mouthpiece is reinstalled properly. Please reinstall the mouthpiece in place properly.
Can I use hot water in this bottle?
- The Philips GoZero Everyday water filter bottle can only be filled with municipally treated ambient tap water (5℃ to 38℃/41F to 100F). If the water temperature is out of the advised temperature range, the filtration performance will be affected.
How can I clean the mouthpiece?
- It is recommended to clean the Everyday Bottle every day. If it gets mold on the mouthpiece, you can brush it with mild detergent and a bottle brush.
