Mary & Martha  Scriptural Enamel on Acacia Wood Serving Platter

Description:  Disregarding concept, construction and style, "unique" is still an understatement.  The pink geometric floor rolls up the short inner wall to be flush with a 1/2" wide wood rim.  The wood profile then curves down to the flat bottom.  Two scriptures are replicated.  The front displays "Serve each other with love" GAL. 5:13 and the back stating "They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts." ACTS. 2:46 NIV (New International Version)

Interesting fact:  Acacia wood is a durable, dense hardwood known for its unique grain patterns and range of colors, from light brown to dark red.  It's naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insects, making it a popular choice for both indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as flooring. Acacia trees are native to Australia and Africa, and they are known for their resilience and ability to thrive in various harsh environments.

Condition:  Used, but not abused.  The pink graphical surface has some light scuffing and scratches, presumably from stacking.  That said, there are NO [other] scratches, scuffs, stains, burns, chips, delamination, flaws, warps, repairs or any other cosmetic / structural issues.  The polyurethane (I'm guessing) surface is crystal clear with no sign of cloudiness.  Three pads are attached to the bottom and appear new.  Although there are no stickers or labels, the OEM information is branded (woodburned) into the back and certifies: "[Logo Mary & Martha ~ Mfg for Mary & Martha | A division of Dayspring Cards Inc. ~ Indian Springs AR 72761] ~ J6807 ~ Maryandmartha.com ~ made in India ~ Hand Wash Only • Do Not Submerge ~ Do Not Microwave"
