Sealed Items:  Accepted only on unopened items within 14 days of purchase, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Willing to negotiate a return on an opened item at a partial refund due to value loss. (typically between 80-95% of price bought) 

Other:  Accepted within 14 days of purchase, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
