This plate or shallow bowl is by Consolidated Glass from the 1920's.  Blue/green in color. The plate is cupped on rim, which is why I included shallow bowl in the description. No chips or cracks. Frosted or satin finish. Beautiful! Please see pictures for more detail.  Thanks for looking!
