    RETURNING ITEMS TO SELLER 

    • Ontario-Traders offers a 30-day return policy on most items (unless otherwise stated in the listing).   

    • Item must be returned to Ontario-Traders in the same condition as it was sold.  

    • Damage or wear caused by buyers use & handling will be reflected in the refund (includes depreciated value from opening/unsealing of a new item). 

    • Return Postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sold as "Free Shipping" have the actual shipping charge come out of the Sale price of the item, this actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if that item is returned.   

    • Prior to Shipping Back: To prevent brokerage fees and taxes being charged when an item is being returned back into Canada a simple return process must be followed. This requires communications with Ontario-Traders to receive the correct instructions particular to returning that item. All undue charges/fees/taxes levied by customs resulting from not following this process will be deducted from the refund.
