Overall wear & tear / aging to the paper stock as well as some edge rubbing, scuffing, crumpled edges & corners, yellowing of the paper, etc.. All licenses are folded with hard creases. Come in an envelope "compliments of County Auditor Carl R. Erickson". Envelope is ripped in a few areas and also has some creasing, edge rubbing, scuffing, etc.. 

Neat piece of Minnesota history!
