Tear/ rip on front cover along the spine (photos #7-11 doe examples).  Cover also has some scuffing, rubbing, marking, and discoloration. Interior pages have some light crinkling and creasing but appear to be overall clean (we may have missed a little light highlighting/ underlining but didn't see any while flipping through).
