• We can ready your items for shipping (palletize, etc.)
• We have the ability to load items (forklifts)
• Pick-up hours are from 9 AM -4 PM Monday-Friday (less holidays)
• We need at least one full business day's notice for pick-up
  • If we need to alter or otherwise disassemble your item for shipping, we may need more notice (assessed on a case-by-case basis)
• Email us your Bill of Lading (and any address labels) at least one business day before pick-up

* If you *need* us to arrange freight shipping for you, please observe the following :

1. PAY FIRST. We cannot get accurate weight and measurements until after you've paid for the item, therefore we cannot provide accurate freight quotes before payment.
   
   
2. CONTACT US DIRECTLY. We need you to fill out our freight shipping form which allows us to get all necessary info for quotes/booking and provides details regarding our freight deposit. Due to eBay's lockdown on information exchanges, we CANNOT send the freight form - nor *any* contact info - via eBay messaging, so please find our website and contact us. (Google us!)
   
   
3. PLEASE NOTE: We do not collect payment for freight via eBay, as they take 10-15% of what is paid for freight in addition to the item. We would have to pass that cost along to you - and we don't want to do that! We accept PayPal and all cards with a pass-through 3% merchant processing fee.

How we handle payment for items requiring freight shipping:

1. Once you commit to purchase the item, we will invoice you (via eBay) with allocation set to "pick-up" (at $0)

2. You'll then be able to pay for the item

3. Once the item is paid for and eBay allows the exchange of contact information, we will provide our list of freight providers to you upon your request

4. When your item has been picked up, we'll mark it as such in eBay (and you'll receive notification thereof from eBay)

5. If you provide tracking information to us, we will input it on your purchased item so it may be easily tracked through eBay (if eBay supports the carrier)
