  • Screen Damage can vary from slight scratches, pressure marks to Screens that need to be replaced or the backlight is faulty 
  • Keyboard Failure can consist of Missing keys and or the keys themselves don't register within the HP Diagnostic Testing  
  • Mousepad Failure consists of the left and right click don't work or they are stiff/sticky.
  • Case Damage can consist of Dents/Scratches and or marks to the lid and or bottom of the laptop or parts of the case are broken
These systems do not come with an SSD or HDD therefore do not come with any Windows
