This part is new and genuine, packed in a bulk packing. Also include the 3 seals for the sealing sleeve. 

If you car more than 100k miles probably the transmission will have this seals inside the mechatronic smaller due to heat and aged. This feet BMW with GM transmission GA6L45R Automatic. For the sealing sleeve there is no need to change the part 24157572607 you can replace the 3 seals that are included in this kit.
