several people who have given me poor feedback without contacting me and not
allowing me to do anything to make them happy.
Ebay expects five star feedback – that is not my idea. Your feedback should be based on the accuracy
of the description of the item, communication with me if you had any, and speed
of shipping which means when I put it in the mail. Not how fast or slow the mail moves. It is unfair to judge me if the USPS decides
to let your package sit in a destination.
I have no control of what happens to your item. If you are going to
leave anything less than five stars, please contact me first.
USPS Ground Advantage is a very unreliable service. I use it because buyers request cheap
shipping. If you are in a hurry for your
item, please consider this. I don’t have
any control over the USPS and once it is in their hands I have absolutely no
control as to what happens to your item.
My account is set up that items need to be paid for
immediately. I certainly understand if you have a problem and need
some time – just contact me and I’ll be happy to make arrangements for you.
I SHIP VERY FAST - Look at my feedback. We do combine shipping on multiple items that
can be safely shipped together. If you find a better option, contact
me and I will do my best to change it for you.
I do not charge extra for handling. I pack carefully and ship
quickly, usually same day. I try to used recycled items for shipping
– bags and boxes that I have received to keep our landfills as empty as
possible
Mine is a Smoke Free Home but I do purchase items that may have
been in homes where there is smoking. I will note if something smells like
smoke – I am very sensitive to it.
I try my best to fully represent the items with pictures and/or descriptions.
My items are sold AS-IS unless stated otherwise, since I am not a store and cannot warranty
items.
