Returns Policy for Refurbished Laptops
We strive to provide high-quality refurbished laptops and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Period: You can return your refurbished laptop within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
2. How to Return
- Please contact us through eBay’s messaging system first before opening a return request. Most issues can be rectified by consultation.
- If the problem can’t be resolved, please open a return request via eBay, you get a free return label (if eligible), pack the laptop securely in its original packaging.
- It is highly recommended you choose the right reason when opening a return request, as failing to do so will make us report your account according to eBay policy.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned laptop, we will inspect it to ensure it is in original condition. If we find any inconsistency, we will contact you and take necessary steps. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to Police and eBay.
- We will send you a replacement (if agreed) or will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 3 working days for the fund to be available in your account.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your refurbished laptop arrives defective, damaged, or not as described in the listing, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement at your preference.

Warranty
All used refurbished laptops come with a 3-month RTB (Return to Base: Buyer pays the return postage after 30 days) warranty. This warranty covers hardware defects or failure. If the laptop experiences issues within this period, please contact us for a repair or replacement.
Warranty of Battery & Keyboard:
As the other refurbished sellers, used items battery and keyboard is not covered by the warranty. We guarantee a minimum of 30 minutes battery backup unless mentioned on the listing. Any issues with the battery or keyboard must be reported within the first 7 days of the delivery. Battery and keyboard faults reported after 7 days from delivery will not be covered by your warranty as these items are classed as consumable and deteriorate over time depending on use.
What the warranty does not cover:
The warranty does not cover accidental damage such as liquid spillage and cracked LCD Screen. It also does not cover software problems such as viruses/malware, or file corruption/loss, however we will always endeavour to help with situations of Software corruption.
