Installation:

The machine should be placed on a stable operating table, which can properly absorb shock and eliminate sound. The power plug should be matched with the socket, and the ground should be reliable. 

　

　

　

　

Operating points :

1. The metal part of the machine should be firmly grounded.

2. Park the clutch handle of the special fixture in the vertical position of the special fixture, and the elastic clamp head (four claws) extends out of the special fixture (that is, the friction clutch is in the release position).

3. Activate the lighting button and select the appropriate lighting position.

4. Start the "Work" button and check the rotation direction of the spindle (towards the internal operator).

5. Install the grip of the clamping tool and turn the clutch handle to the clamping position of the spring clamping head.

6. When the special fixture spindle is in the rotating state, the installation and removal of the grinding tool clamp can be carried out by rotating the clutch handle.

Safety Information :

1. The protection grounding of the machine should be solid.

2. When the spindle is rotating, if there is an abnormal sound, it should be stopped and checked immediately, and it can continue to work after the fault is removed.

3. When cutting, grinding and polishing, do not exert too much force.

4. When operating, the protection plate should be stopped in a safe position. Do not remove the guard plate for operation.

5. Clean up the accumulated material in front of and inside the suction port.

6. When the spindle of the head is found to turn, the tightness of the rotating belt should be adjusted in time or the belt should be replaced.
Adjusting the tightness of the belt can be adjusted by loosening the screws of the special clamp seat;  The belt can be replaced by removing the belt safety cover.
Remember that the fastening screw should be fastened reliably and the position should be accurate.

　

Attention :

Do not start the motor when there is no gripping stone holding pin in the head, otherwise the head will be damaged in a short time.
Before the new head is used, it needs to be idled for 20 minutes, and there should be a gripping stone holding pin on the head when idling, before it can be used normally.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
