***  These lots are from a recently broken down hoard of old H.E. Harris Honor-Bilt approval envelopes packed for sale nearly 100 years ago (the newest of these from about 1930).  Some of these envelopes had not even been opened until I opened them to prepare these lots.  They are NEVER HINGED stamps, as fresh as they were when they were put in these envelopes by the H.E. Harris staff in 1933.  These are common in collections but not so much in FRESH NEVER HINGED condition.  *** 

Please note the 'grade' of the stamp refers to centering only.  Faults are listed above in the description.

While I do attempt to note any faults, please check the scans for centering and condition.

I ship the stamps in 102 cards, fold the invoice around the stamps, and send in an envelope as normal US domestic or international letter mail.  You will be charged actual postage plus a handling charge (75 cents) for each paid order.

If you require  1) more secure packaging   2)  registered mail   3)  any kind of tracking  PLEASE INFORM ME BEFORE YOU PAY as my basic shipping does not cover any of these items and will be at your expense.   For international orders this cost will be very high.  Tracking is not even possible to certain countries without shipping priority or global express mail.
