The photos which are part of this listing are the actual photos of the coin you will receive.  What you see is what you will receive.  The Seller is one of the attorneys who represented Treasure Salvors, Inc. so there is no question about provenance or authenticity. The attorneys were often paid for legal work with coins which had been salvaged from the Atocha, especially when Mel was cash poor (which was often)... Coin aficionados will note the older date and style of the pictured Certificate. Atocha coins are some of the most sought after shipwreck coins in the world. Each coin is unique, due to the shape of the stamped coins and 350 years of resting on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, where it was subject to the action of the elements. This particular coin comes with its original sleeve, as well as a Certificate of Authenticity, which are also pictured in the listing.
