This is a demitasse / espresso cup (NO SAUCER), made by Lenox in the "Monticello" pattern.  This version does not have raised enamel.  The height is 2-1/4", with a rim diameter of 2-1/2".

Excellent condition with no cracks, crazing, or gold wear.
