Features:
1. This kit is designed to be used for Eastwood HotCoat PCS-250 and PCS-150 Powder Coat System to create a more uniform and consistent powder flow through the gun. This kit makes it easier to achieve an even powder thickness and reduces the amount wasted powder from large powder clouds. Works great with heavy metallic powders.
2. Kit Includes:
Opposing Swirl Ring Fluidizer - Attaches to the end of the air feed tube and creates a fluidizing vortex to keep consistent and uniform powder flow to the pickup tube Overall size has been reduced to make inserting into the bottle when full of powder easier. (Note: Fits 16mm Air Feed Tube)
3. Aluminum Powder Diffuser - Attaches to the end of the powder charge electrode to increase the surface area available for charging the powder. (Note: Fits 2.25mm Electrode)
4. Pro Nozzle - Conformal nozzle matches the shape of the diffuser creating a uniform powder flow and more controllable powder column. This nozzle makes it much easier to put the powder where you want it instead of on the floor! All kits ship with a spare nozzle (Note: Fits 34.5mm Gun)
Note:
- Warning sticker will need to be removed from the end of the gun in order to slip the nozzle in place.
- This kit will not fit some of the oldest blue models, before ordering please verify fitment with the dimensions listed above.
