This is an official Sketchbook from Japan under the "CROQUIS" brand! It's a specialized company that makes really nice quality Sketch Books for drawing and doodling. They're made special in that the paper is good quality and made for drawing preliminary work. This was sold only at the Nintendo Store in Japan. The front & back has both Link & Zelda throughout their games like Breath of the Wild, Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Skyward Sword & Twilight Princess! This is in new condition, only opened briefly for photos.
