Survivair compressed air tank (EMPTY) HP60 4500PSIG 60Min 917162 L87G-1 USED

This is a used set. The tank holds air (see last photo) I have emptied the tank for shipping. TANK WILL SHIP EMPTY! the fabric on the harness has a slight mildew smell it must have picked up in storage. Please review all photos.
