Go Fast Bits offers a lifetime warranty on all of their parts.

Replacement products or refund (shipping included) will be provided by GFB where:

The product has a major fault

You can provide proof of purchase with the GFB receipt

The replacement of product or refund will only be issued on receipt and inspection of items deemed faulty

WHAT can be returned?

Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy. Items that are special order are subject to a return policy outline between JDM Mods NQ and the customer at time of purchase.

Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

Special order items from overseas or special order will be accepted for return but a 20% restocking fee will be applied 

JDM Mods NQ Returns Policy:

Returns for this product are accepted only due to the product being faulty from a manufacturing issue and will not be accepted for any other reason. 

All returns will be less the original or "Free Freight" cost of the original shipping. Any returns other than a faulty product will also incur a 10% restocking fee. 

The return period for any of the above is 30 days only. All returned products must be returned in a re-sellable condition and will be thoroughly inspected before any sort of refund is issued. Items not meeting this standard will be returned at the BUYERS expense.

This information is VERY IMPORTANT! Please read carefully before making your purchase!

Please note the free shipping of 3-6 business days. 

We are located in Townsville North QLD, it takes 3 days to Brisbane, 3-6 to NSW, ACT & VIC, 6-10 TAS & SA and 10-14 WA & NT for free freight! Please be aware of that when taking the free freight option which is just standard road freight. 

Please note: Once your item is shipped with a tracking number, you the buyer are solely responsible to track your item, not us. If you contact us beyond 30 days for a missing parcel you will need to contact the shipping company and lodge a claim.

Express freight is available for some bulky or oversized items. Please check the listing to confirm.

If you do require express freight and the item doesn’t list an express option then please email us for a freight quote. 

International freight for radiators and intercoolers now have a flat rate. Due to some dishonest eBay customers, ALL international radiator and intercooler orders now have insurance incorporated into the price!  

ALL international order MUST BE SIGNED FOR! THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please note: This part is very important! If your order arrives damaged DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR THE ITEM AND ASK THEM TO RETURN IT TO US! We cannot stress this enough! 

DO NOT OPEN A RETURNS CASE WITH EBAY EITHER! You will need to contact the postal carrier who delivered it and open a damaged item case! We will not accept a return without this being done! 

Most of our freight is done using Australia Post, but some bulky items like Radiators and Intercoolers generally use a courier service and therefor cannot be sent to a PO Box in Australia, they will need a physical address and will need to be signed for.
