Up for Buy-It-Now is a rebuilt master cylinder, Autoline part number 40410.   This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part.  According to my Autoline manual, this is used on the following models and years:

1962 Chrysler & Imperial ....All With Standard Brakes

   I opened the box for the first time to inspect and take pictures. The master cylinder is in excellent rebuilt condition and is free of any damage.  The housing has some very minor surface rust from many years of shelf storage.  May or may not need a light polishing up before installation.  The rubber boot is soft and flexible and free of any cracks. Cast on the piece is 1850162-R3, 41351. The original Autoline box is in good condition.
