Material: The fuel tank cap is made by air craft T6061 aluminum alloy with hard anodized coating. The key is made by POM plastic with fiber and aluminum powder mixture. The bolts are made by 304 stainless steel
The fuel cap is made by high quality raw material ( Strong and light). The surface anodized coating is effected by Japan imported anodizing powder (could stand for life long sunlight irradiation.
This fuel cap is in quick released design. Push and left rotate to unlock. Directly right rotate to lock.
Other than the quick released design, this fuel cap is also in key lock design. The cap has no way to do the unlock action without the key (Anti-Gas-Stolen)
Vent hole is pre-drilled.
This fuel cap has 4 different colors. Easy to match or customize the bike color theme.
