Vintage Carlsbro Stingray Super Twin Reverb Footswitch.
This allows you to switch in the reverb and tremolo settings, cable is stereo 1/4 inch jack with shared ground so should also work on other amps with this connection scheme.
The housing has some marks and wear but the item works well and the face plate is in nice condition. Perfect to pair with 70s Carlsbro amps.
