Classic Art Deco chromium steel pedestal serving tray at 19 inches across and 7 1/2 inches in hight. Topped by an incredible reeded butterscotch catalin ( bakelike ) and red “ cherry” catalin accent.

I could not find a manufacturer’s mark anywhere on the piece ( you may have better luck finding the manufacturer’s name.
