This is listed for parts are not working, the electronic parts have not been tested. This came off a non-running vehicle and has not been tested. It needs to be cleaned. Please use pictures to help determine condition. There are no mounting screws. The question mark in the title indicates that I'm not exactly sure what year of vehicle this came from but it may have been from a 1980s or early '90s
