DISCLAIMER: Please only send your Nomad console. Anything else that is sent (power adapters, batteries, games, etc.) will not be returned as such items increase the return shipping charges that I incur.

This service is to diagnose any issues with your Sega Nomad console. Return shipping is included with the diagnostic fee. After the console has been diagnosed, you will be informed of the issue(s) and given a price to repair your console. If you choose to proceed with the repair, then a listing will be made for the repair fee and the repair will proceed once the payment has processed. If you deny the repair, then the console will be sent back with the diagnosis. Unless the screen needs replaced, you can expect the repair cost to be less than the diagnostic fee.

Please take note of the scenarios below that may occur and how these situations will be handled:

• If the problem with your console ends up being very minor, e.g., cartridge slot pins need tightened, then your console will be repaired and sent back with no additional fees.
• In the case where the issue is diagnosed but parts are not available for the foreseeable future, e.g., a part needs to be salvaged from another Nomad, then we will ship your Nomad back. If we come across the part(s) in the future, then we will contact you and provide a repair quote.
• As a safeguard for buyers, if we cannot diagnose your Nomad after having it in our possession for 14 days, then you have the option of having it returned and the diagnostic fee refunded minus any return shipping charges. The number of days is subject to change in the future depending on how busy we are.
