Includes hardware pack of 4 screws and self-locking nuts for attachment to RAM bases. 

Allows easy orientation of iPad in horizontal or vertical modes.

This holder will not allow charging of the 2nd Generation Apple Pencil. 

It may also not work if your tablet has a screen protector - some of them make it too thick to fit.
