Additionally, a Standard Horizon dealer can program 40 Land Mobile Radio channels using CTCSS or DCS signaling. The HX400's built-in noise canceling microphone will go above and beyond your expectations for voice broadcasts in windy and noisy conditions. For secure conversations, there is no need to acquire an extra speech scrambler because the HX400 already has one.
