To print your desired image, upload it to Google Photos and share the link with us. Here’s how:

 • Go to Google Photos.

 • Upload your image.

 • Click on the image, select “Share,” and copy the link.

 • Send the link to us in eBay chat or attach it in the notes section during checkout.

Alternatively, you can send your photo directly in eBay messages. If we don’t receive your image within 48 hours after purchase, we will ship a plain black mouse pad.

 • Recommended resolution: 1920x1080 (higher resolution = better quality).

 • You can send multiple photos, and we’ll combine them into a single design for free.

 • We offer free Photoshop services, so we can edit, enhance, or customize your image exactly how you want. Just let us know your preferences!

 • No compressed files (e.g., .rar, .zip). Please send JPEG, PNG, or direct links.

 • After processing your photo(s), we’ll send a preview for your approval before printing.

 • You can request modifications until you’re happy with the final design.

We offer a 30-day free return policy if you’re unhappy with the quality. Since custom products require time and resources, returns are not accepted for personal preference changes.

 • 3-month warranty (on the RGB lighting only).

 • If the LED strip stops working due to an electronic issue (not physical damage), we will replace the RGB strip only, not the entire mouse pad.

 • To process the replacement, you must return the mouse pad. The replacement process takes up to 10 days.
