Shipping	Q: Where is my item? A: We do our best to ship within 24 hours. Sometimes we may need to order from our manufacturers which may delay your order by a day or two. If we have to order there is a possibility that the item is backordered with the manufacturer. We will do our best to communicate with you in a timely manner.
