Fiamm is a Italian manufacture of high-end horns and other acoustic devices.  This is Serie 2000 TA/O used in classic cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and Masaroti.  This air horn requires a compressor to produce it's distinctive powerful sound.  Could also be used on a Rat Rod or any other cool creation you come up with.  It's used with a little paint chipping but no dents or dings.   Please use pictures for best description and feel free to ask any questions.  Thanks for looking.
