If you don't have a USA address, you will have to go through Ebay's International Shipping Services and be responsible for getting your own invoice. You will have to pay their shipping costs. I don't have anything to do about combining or the amount they charge. I just let them take care of it because I can't! I have no responsibility after I get it to them. Anything that happens after that is on eBay, not me! That is why I don't like shipping international. So, it is up to you.
