Sicherstellung der Funktion
Zwecks Sicherstellung der Funktionalität muss der Käufer die Ware bei der Übernahme prüfen bzw. in Betrieb nehmen. Bei einem eventuellen Mangel, der nicht vom Käufer verschuldet wurde, kann die Ware innerhalb von 2 Wochen retourniert werden. Wir werden den Käufer ausschließlich den an uns bezahlten Produktpreis rückerstatten.
Für diese Ware müssen wir Gewährleistungsansprüche des Käufers auf Verbesserung, Austausch, Nachlieferung oder auch auf Aktualisierung im Falle digitaler Bestandteile ausschließen. Ebenso ausgeschlossen ist die Haftung für direkte und indirekte Folgeschäden. Es gelten unsere AGBs, siehe unsere Webseite. Es gilt ausnahmslos österreichisches Recht und Gerichtstandort St. Pölten.

Ensuring the function
In order to ensure the functionality of the goods, the buyer must check the goods at the time of acceptance or put them into operation. In case of any defect, which is not the fault of the buyer, the goods can be returned within 2 weeks. We will refund the buyer only the product price paid to us.
For these goods we have to exclude warranty claims of the buyer for improvement, exchange, subsequent delivery or also for updating in case of digital components.
