400-page hardcover book. Book is in very good condition on the inside with slight edge wear on a few pages. The inner back dust jacket sleeve is completely loose. Back dust jacket cover has major creasing and tears. 

Dust jacket spine has tear at the bottom. Front dust jacket cover has major creasing and tears(see pictures).  Book will be securely shipped inside bubble wrap or padded envelope.
