Return process – read before ordering or returning.

Do not attempt your own repair on a product purchased without our authorization. The warranty will be void and return will not be authorized.

Before initiating a return:

Please contact us via email or phone as our technicians are often able to assist with troubleshooting resulting in no return. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide return instructions.

Return requirements:

All returns must include all original items and be in the same condition as they were we received. Once the return is authorized, we will provide a return id which should be visibly placed on the outside of the package.

Return fees:

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns excluded or not authorized:

Void tamper stickers are placed on many of our items to maintain product integrity and ensure original condition. Any product returned with the void tamper sticker damaged or removed will not be eligible for refund.

We will only accept payments through eBay. All payments must be made within 4 days of purchase, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.

• Orders are processed within a standard 2-day business handling period. Please note that we are unable to expedite order or bypass the 2 day period.

• We only process shipments through eBay. Orders will only be processed to the eBay verified address that is registered on your account prior to purchasing the item. Please confirm your address is correct before purchase, as we will not ship to an address that is not registered to your account at the time of purchase.

• All shipments with values exceeding 100 dollars will be shipped with direct signature required
