1915 dated ANTIQUE POSTCARD~ FRENCH LANGUAGE BUT APPARENTLY FROM MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY 

~PHRASE IN FRENCH translates roughly to --  Sometimes A Flower Is More Precious Than A Heart .. or something like that  LOL

Card has glitter on her dress.  It does not appear to have actually been mailed.

This may be a wedding or engagement photo postcard of the lucky couple, Matilde & Federico???  Presumably Matilde is French and Fedrico is Uruguayan.
