RETURN POLICY

-        All Makeup (cosmetics)/Skincare and or anything that comes in direct skin contact (lotions, etc.) will not be eligible for returns. All sales on Makeup (cosmetics)/Skincare/Lotions etc. items are FINAL. We will not refund due to not liking the color of any cosmetics as this would mean the item was opened. This is highly unsanitary for us to process as a return. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival then this would qualify for Ebay’s standard return Policy.

-        For Clothing, Bags, Shoes or items specifically listed as new with tags, all tags MUST still be attached in order to receive full refund. Otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.

-        For all other items, Household, Electronic..etc. we offer free, no questions asked returns for up to 30 days after purchase. If you're not happy with the item for any reason after purchasing, simply open a return, send it back, and we will refund your money in 

full provided that the item is returned in the EXACT condition sold (tags, stickers, box etc.) If not returned in condition sold there will be a 15% restocking fee.

SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

-        We ship USPS mail, However, will ship UPS or FEDEX depending on item and overall cost. However, Shipping is free.

-        We do not ship to international destinations, except for APO/FPO addresses.

-        Payments are accepted through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover utilizing Ebay’s checkout.

-        Any items not paid with two (2) days will result in the item being re-listed.

-        All packages ship out next day after completion of payment.

-        Weekend purchases will ship the following Monday. Most orders will ship within 24 hours once orders have been confirmed. Oversized and Bulky items may require extra processing time.

-        WE DO NOT SHIP ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYS
