I think this might be worn underneath a dress to give it volume, like under a smock - it does have a tie / belt with it, so it might be something that goes over another piece

there are no buttons in the front

no tags, so unknown size ( see measurements) sheer lightweight material

Approximate measurements - laying flat: 16 inches armpit to armpit, 28 inches from center back top to bottom

Preowned antique - has a few spots here and there, on along the back bottom edge not pictured, some wear/thinning of material in the back of the piece, and a small hole about the size of a pencil eraser - a super cute antique itemall clothing items have been cleaned to ebay standards
