This book is in MINT CONDITION and would yield an 8+ or better if graded. The reason I am giving it a 6.5-7.0 is because there is a small piece of tape that is wrapped on the top of the cover page. The isn’t ripped, as far as I can see, so I imagine it got on there by accident. So please be AWARE that there is tape on the cover. I will not accept a return because you didn’t read the description. The tape should be easy to remove I’m just not willing to take the chance since I’ve now placed  it up for sale.
