Please review the following information before making a purchase:

1.      Condition of Items

Unless specifically noted as new or sealed, all items are pre-owned and in used condition. Normal wear is to be expected. Any significant blemishes or damage beyond normal wear will be detailed in the item description and should be reviewed prior to purchase.

2.      As-Is and Untested Items

Items listed as as-is or untested are sold in their current condition. These items have not been tested due to lack of knowledge, proper equipment, or necessary tools (e.g. power cords) and will be noted as such in the listing. There is no guarantee or implication that these items are functional. Please purchase these items with the understanding that they may not work as intended and should be considered for parts only.

3.      Tested and Working Items

Items listed as tested and working have been evaluated to the best of our ability and are confirmed to be in good working condition at the time of listing.

4.      Shipping

In most cases, shipping is paid by the buyer for the item. The items are pre-measured and weighed prior to listing in order to have the most accurate shipping dimensions and weight. We strive to ship items within 24 hours of payment receipt, with exceptions to weekends and shipping holidays. If there is a concern over shipping costs or methods, please contact the seller prior to purchasing the item.

5.      Returns

Returns are accepted for all items with the exception of as-is or untested items as they should be considered for parts only. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the sale and buyer must return the exact item in the exact condition that it was shipped in. We maintain detailed images and videos of all listed items and collect and maintain all serial numbers and item identifiers to avoid return scams. Items must be returned to the seller at the buyers expense. If it is determined that the item was mis-shipped or there was a misrepresentation of the item from the seller, the return shipping will also be refunded back to the buyer. If the item was purchased in a lot, the entire lot of items must be returned back to the seller. No partial refunds.

6.      Transparency and Questions

We strive to provide clear and accurate descriptions for every item. If you have any questions about a listing or need additional details, please don’t hesitate to send a message before making a purchase. We will do our best to answer messages within 24 hours. We will only communicate through eBay messages at this time.
